My all-time favorite SOS Band song! One of my favorite songs, period. And of course it came out the year I was born...1983: a good year all around! This is the actual music video for the standard version, but synchronized and looped to fit the 12" extended mix of the song.

SOS Band- Weekend Girl (1984)

I thought this would be an appropriate selection for the first weekend edition of "CDVS". I miss songs with a plot and dialogue like this...the 80's was good for that! Now the closest thing we have is R.Kelly's soap opera musicals...I won't comment further in order not to offend those who might like it, but it doesn't compare to this!

DOUBLE FEATURE!!!
SOS Band- Have it Your Way & I Don't Want Nobody Else (1982 & 1984)

I was cleaning last week, and as is a family custom, I was listening to vinyl. My choice was the "Just the Way You Like It" LP and I heard "I Don't Want Nobody Else" for the first time and fell in love with it. I love how the song crescendos and swells. Its currently my favorite SOS Band song...though nothing will ever take the place of "Tell Me If You Still Care"!
